it started disconnecting last night which I ignored because it happens alot then woke up this morning & now it's not working at all, my phone says "connected without internet". the app says all my services should be working, and virgin removes the option to call them any time there is an issue with my services... is there anything I can do?

Are you still experiencing a total loss of services at the moment or has your connection been restored since you last posted?
