So getting slow service example 30meg in wired connection. To some times just no speed or service. Also tested on WiFi and other devices.
Normal trouble steps taken.
Firstly signal strength and signal noise within normal levels for vm on my 1gig service.
Reboot compleated no change in problem.
Power cycle compleated no change in problem.
Cables checked no change in how they have been for months. But checked all tight etc.
Run automated vm issues checker. Says service intermittent found. No problem anywhere in my area. Check back in 24 hours.
I mean I would like a bit more information firstly also to be told when is being done to resolve the issue and steps that they are carrying out.
Anyone else in the swindon/Wiltshire area experiencing issue at all.

Same issue in Swindon. Says check back in 24 hours before I can arrange a technician. One minutes it’s ok, the next it’s awful. Reset and rebooted and no joy. Post code is SN3
