Can't get no help on phone after multiple calls so hope someone might know an answer. Had intermittent broadband problems since 9th August finally fixed 2 weeks ago after a 10th engineer visit and a repull on external cable so upgraded to 500mb as contract was due for renewal. I am now getting 280mb download max no we're near the 500mb paying for I was getting these speeds when was in my old contract at 250mb loosing my mind should be such an easy question to ask and for them to solve sorry long winded.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection speeds after upgrading. Does your online account show that you're on 500mb or 250mb package at the moment? This will help us to determine, if your account has been upgraded to the new speeds of 500mb, as if you upgraded online, it can sometimes take up to 14 days for the upgrade to take place.
