My internet is being throttled. Recently my internet started to slow down from 270mbs to 4mbs I am basically unable to watch YouTube video or download anything unless I use VPN. I have bought new router as I thought it could be hardware issue but it didn’t help. When contacted virgin media they sent out engineer that replaced coax cable due to noise. but that still didn’t resolve the issue. The only thing that helps is using vpn .

sounds like a routing problem that a VPN is fine setup a BQM
