My internet is being throttled

I've been on 1gig package for about a month now but my internet speeds seem to never go above 60megabits.

What the hell is going on?? What am I paying you people for!!!!???? I can't even watch anything without it constantly buffering despite being connected with an ethernet cable so has fk all to do with my WiFi.

Need help now.

    VM do not throttle.

    What does this site show?

    https://samknows.com/realspeed/

Create a BQM here and post the live link.

Collect the stats off your HUB from 192.168.0.1, then 'Check router status', and post as text, across several posts as required.

  • Most certainly isn't throttled. That's a thing of the very distant past.

Your slow speed issues are likely to be related to how the WiFi behaves in your house or signal to router maybe out of spec.

Post up your router stats page as it should show us your signal levels

He literally said it was the same on an ethernet cable. Why are you helping Virgin distort every complaint into a WiFi issue when people are genuinely having issues with poor service unrelated to Wifi?
