I was on 1gig packadge but been put down to 500mb

Hi. I have just checked my package on the virgin media website and my package has been changed from 1gig speeds to 500mbps. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Check the conf settings on the Hub. It will show what speed you have at the moment.
It's Configuration tab - Primary Downstream Service Flow - Max Traffic Rate.

Can't say I've every heard of this before?  Has your Contract been renewed for another 18 months?
