Hope someone can help me out. Until just the last couple of days my 2.4ghz wifi speed was "reasonable-ish" (around 15-30Mbps on download and 20 on upload). Since Friday (23/8/24) the download speed is now between 1-5Mbps while the upload speed remains around 20. On Speedtest, it jumps up to around 15Mbps before dropping down to the range about (1-5). I have not added anything new to my network, nothing has been moved or changed in anyway and I have no new electronics or devices. I've rebooted my Superhub 2 as well as the other routers in the house and it still remains extremely low speed.
The 5.0ghz still remains at around 40-50Mbps dl and 20 ul.
The physical connection gives me around 80-90Mbps dl and 20 ul.
I am on M125 Fibre if that helps
I've attached a screenshot from my Android mobile showing the latest test. Maybe there are numbers on here that can provide info for someone more knowledgeable than me.

Thanks, I checked local area and it's fine. It's just the 2.4ghz that seems to be the issue

Hey onionjoe76,
Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment. I have looked into this and can see that there are a few issues with your connection at the moment that will mean we need to send out an engineer to resolve them. I can arrange the appointment from here but would need to confirm a few details via a private message, that I will drop over in a moment. Please look out for the private message and we can get started.
Kind Regards,

When the technician arrives, ask them to replace that old Hub2 with a current model. It should have been done already.

The Ping and Jitter figures are very high.
Look for a dramatic drop in both numbers when the connection is fixed.
