Broadband upgraded but still same speed.

I upgraded my broadband package from M350 to M500 on the 26th Jan and still getting the same speed.  I have restarted the hub and also reset the hub which made no difference.

Log into the Hub settings and navigate to the Configuration page - what numbers are in the downstream and upstream "Maximum data transfer rate" boxes? These are in bps not Mbps


I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
