Anyone Else in Woodside, Glenrothes having both a total blackout for internet and TV.

Both broadband and TV have completely stopped working since Tuesday, it's now Friday.

Check the local automated status line in the first instance, 0800 5610061.

This is usually the most reliable method for street-by-street, postcode-level outage checks.

Thanks for the reply. I have done a service status search for my post code, and it says I have an issue for both internet and TV services.

"You might find that your Virgin Fibre, Voice and Virgin TV services are intermittent, with the picture freezing or disappearing now and then. We are sorry and our engineers are working hard to resolve this for you."

But i have complete blackout.

Sorry to hear that you're were having service issues on Friday due to an area outage. 

We've not been able to locate you on the systems at our side. How is everything for you today? Are you still experiencing service issues? If so,  does our status checker here show any outages affecting you currently? You can also call our status line on 0800 561 0061 or check your My Virgin Media for more information here if needed.
