Post up some photos illustrating the problem.

From similar past topics on here, the information does appear to get relayed on within VM and often the feedback on here is that the vehicle does get moved.

If you have a dropped kerb, then this could ultimately be a police (well, PCSO). If you don't have a dropped kerb, you have no legal right of access.

Photos would help as mentioned.
