Just a quick question. I was just checking my network on the connect app and check my security dashboard at what smart security blocked and it said it blocked something trying remote access my modern. & then i got another notification saying password word protection and target was modern. Would i need to contact virgin media about this.

Sorry to hear of your confusion and concerns with security. 

Have you recently made any changes to your password? This might show if you've recently change your password and a device remembering an older password was trying to access. 

This can also occur if you've a device that is using WPA 2 security only and you have both WPA/WPA 2 active at the same time. This is usually visible on Apple devices and says 'weak security'. We can assure you it's not and is just that WPA 2 is newer, but it will be active unless you've made any physical changes to your routers security settings.
