Just to add that today I received an email with Contract and Terms and Conditions, which I have not clicked on. I then received 5 phone calls from 03303413683 about the O2 Sim I was told would just be sent and up to me if I used it, saying about setting up an account and it costing £20. I said I was told it would be free and he said it would be but then said he would need to verify my bank details. I told him I was not prepared to do that and why did he need them if it was free? He said how do you expect us to set up your account without the bank details. I said well don't bother then and I do not want the Sim and hung up. He called me back straight away twice until I blocked then number.
I am now thinking it all must be a scam but, as I am unable to register an online account, I can not see what is going on with my package.
