Phishing email

Dear Team I received this email supposedly from Virgin media today, but I am very suspect as it its authenticity from the email it came from, does Virginmedia use TalkTalk email? Can you confirm if this is a real email from you or if it’s a phishing email? Thanks

The email address identifies it as a scam email.

Sorry to see that you've had a suspicious email. 

@goslow has very kindly advised correctly that this is not a legitimate email, we would not send emails from a talk talk email address. 

You can give more information on how to protect yourself again these types of emails here.
