Old ntlworld email hacked

Hello there, 

My old email address with the old @ntlworld.com domain has been hacked, and the hackers have now change the password. They are also sending emails to contacts impersonating me.

I can see in this forum that other people have experienced the same issue. Could you please help me to completely shut down the mailbox?
