Old ntlworld email hacked help

Hello Ashleigh, the exact same thing has happened to me and I need my ntlworld email to be deleted too. Please can you help me?

      Hi, the same thing has happened to me. They have gone shopping and taken money. They have attempted all weekend to login in to several different accounts and now they are scamming other people using this old account. I have asked the virgin WhatsApp team for help and they gave me a number. The team on the phone number I called couldn’t help. So I have googled and found this. Please help me to delete this ntlworld account. Thanks
