NTLworld email hacked

We have been hacked have had multiple black mail threats ,social media accounts hacked,  tv services hacked and have had to cancel credit card and contact banking organisations.

Please delete the secondary NTLworld  email address on my account    with immediate effect as a matter of urgency. Otherwise i will be cancelling all services within a week !!!

Please contact me as soon as possible to confirm this has been done.
