had message from Virgin media stating that as a long loyal customer they were giving us the chance to win iPhone, tablet, or another make of phone. Stating that 10 virgin customers were getting the offer just fill in the survey. Looked really official knew my name, I did the survey about 8 questions and had offer for iPhone 14 for the cost of delivery £1.69 I did not click to go onto next page for details as concerned. Has anyone else had this offer would be grateful if virgin could answer trying to phone hopeless.
