Is this number legit?

Just really want to let people know that following number - 020 3038 5606 are cold calling and claiming to be VM/O2 with some 30% off offer. Have reported this as scam elsewhere but is not clear how to actually report to VM - is there any way of doing this other than on here?

To confirm, are they calling regarding O2 offers or Virgin Media services?

To be honest the amount of background noise, along with an Indian accent, it was difficult to determine what they were selling.  I hung up.
