Is this a genuine call from Virgin Media

I’m receiving calls from [REMOVED]. They say they are calling me to review my package. Are these genuine calls?

Can you let me how to check the numbers are genuine if they are deleted by the moderator. The numbers start  020 7113 XXXX and 0800 052 XXXX.

There is little/no point in posting numbers nor trying to use them to decide whether an incoming call is from VM or not.

Scammers routinely spoof caller ID numbers when making scam calls to look like they are coming from a particular company or organisation.

Best help you might get on here is for a VM forum team member to check if they have any records of VM trying to call you.

A VM forum team person should normally reply to your topic within a few days.

Hi @KHG01 thanks for your message although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised.

As has been mentioned here, people can mock up identical numbers that we'd call from which makes this difficult to identify.
