Constant calls from 0800 052 5306

I keep receiving calls from 0800 052 5306, number belonging to the sales team. I don’t answer anymore but I’ve had strange interactions when I have - either the agent hangs up or is silent. Once they asked to confirm my name but the name they read wasn’t mine, then they hung up. I’m never told what it’s about and I’m not sure what the sales team would be trying to sell as I already have internet with VM.

It’s advised in other forum convos to change marketing preferences online but there’s no option to deselect phone. It’s all comms option together. I’ve blocked the number now but it’s not a good look for VM to be harassing their customers with constant weird calls to the point where customers think they’re scammers..
