Child safe not working

Can someone from VM Support get back to me please? 
The Child Safe settings are not working in private browsing mode. This is a major issue that needs resolving.

Thank you Legacy1 - I’ve managed to get hold of someone through live chat. Yes it did work when NOT in Private Browsing mode.  
They advised to try on a different browser - I tried Opera - in Private Mode and it worked. 
I was then was advised to clear cache and browsing history and it all works fine in Private and Normal browsing.
