Child safe not working

Can someone from VM Support get back to me please?  The Child Safe settings are not working in private browsing mode. This is a major issue that needs resolving.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies for the issues you are having with Child Safe mode, to confirm as legacy1 has asked, could you please check and let us know if it works when not in private browsing mode.

    Hi Sabrina - I’ve managed to get hold of someone through live chat.

    Yes it did work when NOT in Private Browsing mode.  
    They advised to try on a different browser - I tried Opera - in Private Mode and it worked.

     
    I was then was advised to clear cache and browsing history and it all works fine in Private and Normal browsing.
