Child safe not working please help

Hello 

 

I've tried rebooting, switching on and off, spoke to a couple of online agents which didn't resolve the issue. Please help  Asap

Web Safe requires your device use Virgin Media's DNS. To verify this is the case go to 1.1.1.1 — the Internet’s Fastest, Privacy-First DNS Resolver and confirm AS Name value is reported as Virgin Media, for example:

By default access to following VPN site should be blocked: https://protonvpn.com. Is that the case for you?
