Web Safe requires your device use Virgin Media's DNS. To verify this is the case go to 1.1.1.1 — the Internet’s Fastest, Privacy-First DNS Resolver and confirm AS Name value is reported as Virgin Media, for example:
By default access to following VPN site should be blocked: https://protonvpn.com. Is that the case for you?

Hi @Asmashah
Welcome to the community forums
Sorry to hear of your concerns with your websafe at this time.
Has this issue only just started to occur or has websafe never worked for you?
Do you find that you're able to access these site on more than one device or is it just on the one device?

You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
