Child safe NOT working

I was assured when I switched over from BT that these explicit websites will be blocked regardless. I’ve checked settings everything is turned on with added ones to block yet can still access everything this is ridiculous! I have mentally unwell adolescents in this house who can access suicide and self harm sites. I can see this is not a new issue if this cannot be resolved within 24hours I will be cancelling and going back to BT

the team on here take upto a few days have u tried call vm for a qicker help.

Hey Kayxxlouisexx, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this, also a warm welcome to the community.

We do try and block everything we can if these setting are turned on however some web developers put this stuff under different key words these days to by pass this.
