Child Safe Not Working

This feature is still not working. It is enabled in settings, i have rebooted and rest my router, left for 1 hour etc

Still the same, type PORN into any search engine and there it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep getting passed from pillar to post with this. It must be sorted as kids are using all their phones, computers etc without security

I will have to swap providers if this carries on

There seems to be a lot of people out there with the same problem!!!!!!!

Has anyone got this sorted yet?????????

Yes have the same problems getting no where with VM, the phone help line was so unhelpful and told me to try the forum.

Either:

• control / lock what content a search engine shows via their settings, i..e. Your SafeSearch setting | Google
• use a DNS that automatically redirect to search engine's safe search page

Is this thread still open? I'm having this issue also. It seems my child settings are currently on but when browsing as the sites I need are unavailable. When I go to change them via online seciruty settings it shows as "off" and I'm unable to toggle then an error message appears.

Can you assist?
