Child Safe Not Working!

Child safe does not work and is not fit for purpose. Despite all options being switched on you can still access inappropriate and dangerous websites. I'm concerned as my daughter spends lots of time on her laptop. Please advise ASAP!

You can manage your Web Safe settings easily and conveniently online, by signing into your My Virgin Media account.
