I’m unable to access adults sites even though child safe is turned off. This happens on all devices connected to my router. Any ideas?

We can see that virus safe and web safe were activated which may affect your browsing on the internet.
We have made some changes - let us know how it goes once the hub has been rebooted (to allow the changes to go through).
