i have setup up for a broadband package, as a first time customer but i am yet to receive my welcome email, all i have is an order number

We're sorry to hear you've not yet received your welcome email. Usually it can take a few days for all checks to be completed and for the account to be fully set up. Once it is, you should then receive your welcome email with account details and confirmation of your installation.
If after 5 days of applying for services, you've not received anything, pop back and let us know so we can help check things further for you. 🙂
