Hi
The cover to the brown Omni Box at the front of my house has broken and I can't get it back on. Does anyone know how I can contact Virgin to get this sorted. I tried a chat via WhatsApp but none of the options got me anywhere and their phone lines are now closed.
Any help appreciated.

Report it as a fault.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage. If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.
