So apparently all virgin media customers our bill will go up by £3.50 every April but won't it just get to the point where like the cheapest broadband bill will be like £200 and 90% of the average people will be priced out of having Internet because it never stops increasing
Considering wages and especially benefits don't keep up with inflation eventually it will get to the point where only the top 10% have access to Internet via a router in your home
Like it never goes down

They will go up by that amount next April. In future years I expect that amount will increase by the inflation percentage.

Hello colubgo1,
Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the way that you feel that way about the pricing of our services. Like all businesses and consumers, we're not immune from inflation and we are seeing rising costs across the business. While we know price changes are difficult, our customers receive excellent value for money from their services. We're seeing growing demand for data – with usage growing by more than 10% each year. Last year, we invested more than £2bn in our networks, which contributed to average broadband speeds increasing more than 40%, while helping to make sure our customers stayed connected and were able to keep using our services more and more.
If you wish to discuss your package or any future increases further then you can discuss this with us either by chatting to us online, by calling 150 (free of charge) from your Virgin Media landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
Kind Regards,
