Hi all,
Please could a forum advisor help me with ordering one more WiFi pod. I have one already which works perfectly but the signal isn't strong enough in my kitchen area to reach the WiFi pod I already have, so I need one more to boost the signal.
I have also spoken with Virgin on the phone and they won't listen to the truth of what I am saying. If I use the app, it doesn't show up any errors but trust me, I cannot use the Internet in the kitchen. Irritating.

Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the Wi-Fi services in your kitchen.
We would advise that if you're not producing results of below 30mbs download speed over Wi-Fi, we wouldn't order a Wi-Fi pod in this circumstance.
Judging by what you've advised, you may be best placed to relocate the Wi-Fi pod to an area that's closer to the hub to obtain a stronger Wi-Fi connection.

Hi David,
The advice received has not been useful what so ever. I literally need another WiFi pod, I don't understand why it's so ridiculously hard to get one. We can't create our own boosters with your hubs and you won't give me another pod, so I'm expected to suffer. This is having an effect on my wife's workload now as she works out of her studio and can't get a signal!! I've explained this numerous times and feel like I'm speaking to a brick wall. PLEASE just send me another WiFi pod so I can use the Internet I pay for!!
I apologise if I seem rude or ill mannered I'm just extremely frustrated with constantly hearing my wife making negative comments at me about not being able to do work. To be honest it's getting me down know im going to receive more comments every day when I get home. Please assist me.
