Previously had a hub 3, got a hub 5 on Thursday, my white wifi pod won't connect to it

VM Mod might have taken the trouble to inform you that you will need to contact VM
and have them re-pair your VM Pods to the replacement Hub.

this place is becoming or has become the most pointless place to visit for help from VM - staff post nothing other than have you done this or does it now work - how about some help - you [matthew-ml] may not be able to see if the issue is fixed but a couple of lines to explain what the OP needs to do would be useful - or is it staff here are so technically inept that they have no idea what to do so add something/anything to mark off the post as answered - its getting worse than offshore if thats possible
to the OP if you have not got it sorted you need to get onto the useless CS and get them to link the pods to the new hub - only they can do that assuming you get through to someone who has a clue - dont accept reset this or that or wait 24 hours - neither will work
