When do I get told?

I signed up for Virgin broadband in-store but haven't heard anything since. No texts/emails to remind me of my delivery date etc.

Is that normal?

Yes. Virginmedia is a very inefficient company. You may hear something eventually, after they have checked whether they can actually connect to your address.

A VM person may be able to help, if you wait here.

My name is NOT Alessandro. That's just a tag Virginmedia sticks on some contributors. Please ignore it.

What Store did you "sign up" in?  VM no longer have their own stores - was this in an O2 store perhaps ?  If you were able to "sign up" then it implies your property is in a serviceable location.

Call the the Sales team on 0800 183 1234 and see where the order is at.

Or Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Mon to Fri, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Sat and Sun. and see if they have any info

If not you could always sign up again online.

Hi @Iyke

Are you based in Ireland by any chance as they do still have stores.

https://www.virginmedia.ie/contact/store-locator/

If so then contact details (including an online messenger service) are on the following page

https://www.virginmedia.ie/contact/

If you are in Ireland then I suggest trying 1800 940070

If not then please come back to us so we can advise further.
