Does anyone know how long it takes to update the postcode checker?
I registered my interest in virgin media and then received an email to say they are all moved in and Virgin was now available in my area.
However, when I ring up or use the postcode checker it still says Virgin is not in my area and therefore I cannot get the services.

Have you seen VM cable your street ?
( E.g. strung fibre between the telegraph poles or installed service hatches at the edge of the properties )
