Hi my virgin media outside box was broken and needs to be fixed how can I get help from virginmedia service team?

Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.

We're sorry that you have been having this issue with your Omni box, have you since been able to speak to the team with regards to this or are you still having this issue with your box?
