Basically virgin media were meant to install tv broadband and phone today and didn’t.
about a month ago was told by a engineer that 0% no chance that the cables can be installed. Then I get a message saying work has been done and now it can be installed.
called virgin 5 times and they said don’t worry the cables are in.
then today engineer came and said cables non existent
now I’ve gone back to bt as new customer and had to have expensive broadband for 5 days with EE until BT can be installed
absolute jokers Virgin and now I’ve lost money.
promised a phone call from virgin today by 6pm but won’t hold my breath.
