Virgin media brown wall box and cabling outside house

Hello, the previous owners used Virgin media and there is still the brown wall box and cabling outside the front of the house, how do i have this removed as it is unsightly. We are no longer Virgin media customers.

VM are not likely to remove any of their cabling as you are not a customer.

Remove it yourself as there are no high voltages.

Virginmedia like to keep the cables there in case you or a later resident might want to use them.  If they only go to your house and no others, you can remove and bin them yourself. The cables are easy to cut and harmless.
