I ordered virgin media broadband in my new property in June this year. My property has never had virgin before so understand I need a pre installation for the external work.But every time i called the preisntall team 4 -5 times they kept saying the preinstall work should be done today and finally they came and installed the box outside my property last week. and i got message the engineer will come to do the installation today. I have also received text message saying an engineer will show up today between 08:00-13:00. It’s now 15:00 and an engineer has still not turned up to do the installation work. I have called the team a few times and they keep saying engineer is scheduled to visit my property in the next hour.but no engineer has so far come to do the work

We're very sorry for the delay with your installation, and any inconvenience this may've caused.
It's disappointing to hear the engineer didn't arrive within the scheduled time slot.
