I have just ordered a new wifi hub and broadband for my new place I’m renting.
The website crashed as I paid, money has come out of my account however I’ve only had one email with the subject: Virgin Media Order Documents.
I didn’t make an account yet, it won’t let me sign up without an area code and account number. How am I meant to get my account number before I’ve made an account.
they have emailed me too but when I ask for a password reset… I receive no email.
i literally just want to know if my order has gone through yet or not
