I've just moved into a new property and have been frantically trying to get a broadband connection. After intensely and extensively reading through the forum, I was surprised to see my address listed as serviceable on the Virgin Media Business Page. However, my address (which, I will add, is a residential address) is not showing up on the address checker for personal broadband.
At this point, I am happy to sign up for a business plan as well, just as long as I can get service - it is extremely crucial that I get broadband as both my partner and I work from home.
Can anyone help?

Just spoke to someone who told me that my address is not listed as a business address (VM's website disagrees, since I've been able to input my postcode, select my address, and progress to checking out; screenshot attached for reference).
I was also told that my address is not listed on Royal Mail (and some internal tool VM uses). Again, Royal Mail's website disagrees, as does the post that this property has been receiving for years. Screenshot attached for reference.
Looks like it's going to be a long, hard fight to get connected. I'll keep posting updates as this progresses.

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.
With Virgin Media Business they are a separate company to us, we are not able to provide help with regards to them here, we would advise via their website to use their contact us options and speak to them directly.

Hi Joe,
I am not a prospective business customer looking for a new Virgin Media Business customer. I am looking for a personal broadband connection and the issue is that my residential address is NOT showing up on the personal address checker, but rather, on the Virgin Business address checker. My address is incorrectly marked as a "business" address when it should, ideally, be marked as a "residential" address, since my property is a residential flat and NOT a business address.
