Vm moved cables in the garden as they were not in conduit and buried less than 1cm in the ground. It had been discussed and agreed where they were going to run the cables as I was getting a patio laid and garden leveled which still has not been completed due to the installation. The installation team did not listen to me at all. And still ran cables along my wall, which had just been repainted and not through the original spot which would avoided this. Also my self, my partner , kids and elderly parents as well as elderly neighbors and family as its a shared path between 4 households, they have all tripped over the cable left above and over the path. Is there any advice on what actions to take. I have raised a complaint but no one has got back to me. Thank you
