Terrible cable install

Hi,

Install to my property from street to box was very bad in the first place but since doing some gardening, discovered additional sloppiness due to cutting through the cable.

I have done a heath robinson repair, but really I require a proper job being done making a waterproof connection and properly burying in the lawn and under tarmac.

I tried calling customer services and spent 20 mins with their tests showing my internet works - test I know, I fixed it, but a better fix is required.  Cant seem to speak to a human on this.

Pig of a job to sort that cable out.

Because there is now no shielding around the central core, that could be allowing noise ingress back into the circuit.  Hopefully VM will resolve soon.
