Telewest box

Hi,

both my landlord and virgin media advised my property is wired up for virgin media.

i can only find a telewest box in the house - how do I connect my QuickStart hub to this?

So yes follow the cable then install the hub which should be fine

Telewest became VM in 2010 I believe.  So it is likely the box is for your VM connection.

That made me laugh.  It's a terrible install for sure.  Hopefully the OP can find the other end of the cable and get up and running.

I found something that looks promising, just seeing if the router turns on properly and the wifi becomes available for me to use. Fingers crossed! Thanks so much for the help!!!

if you have something similar to that take the cable out of the bottom of the box - connect the cable that came with the new hub into the box then connect the hub - power up and see what happens
