Still no broadband half a year after ordering it

Today's another no-show for the engineer appointment.

I've been chasing up on this for months since the previous no-show.

Is there anything you can do to make them show up?

The most common answer to your question is a 'no'.

Has VM given you any idea on what the cause of the delay is?

Hopefully you are keeping detailed records of all VM's failures to install as you should be eligible for compensation
