Signed up to broadband, didn’t receive a confirmation email

Hi

 I’ve signed up to broadband and’s haven’t received any confirmation. 
i did receive the contract via text message but nothing else. 
Now I don’t know if my order has gone through.

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and see if they can help - should be open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I still haven’t received any email correspondence other than essential security. 
I have this morning received a text message asking to confirm installation date, so at least I know it must have went through. However I can’t get setup on Virgin app or online account as I have received no account number etc

Sorry to hear you still have concerns about your order being placed. 

As you have been sent a text confirmation of your installation date this means the order is successfully going ahead. You won't be able to complete registration for My VM until your services are installed and active.  (This is as it's not yet linked to an active services account.) Once the services are set up you will also receive your first bill with all account information included. 

If you do still have concerns or issues following the installation please get in touch to let us know and we can offer further support!
