Shorter cables

When virgin installed my hub and to box the two cables were about 2.5 metres long. I now have coils of cable tied up behind and wish to shorten them. Is it possible to purchase half metre cables direct from virgin

I think VM only do 1m and 5m cables, but if you get a technician’s visit, cost £25, they can much up a cable to the exact length you require.

We only supply 5, 10 and 15 metre cables.

We can arrange an engineer to look at this for you,  however there would be a £25 charge.
