Hello,
I am trying to become a new, first time ever, Virgin Media customer. However, I find my address is not listed as residential, rather it is listed as a business address. How can I get this changed to residential to allow me to become a Virgin Media customer?

Thanks for your reply.
When I enter my post code, my address is not available. There are 9 addresses at my complex, being 1 - 9 Old Town Mews. (BH15 1NE). My address, being 9 Old Town Mews, is the only one not listed. I have spoken to Virgin Media, and they say my address is listed as a business address, and yet it is residential. They offer no solution to have it listed correctly.
