The cable has broken that goes into the hub it’s quite new but has broken off from the socket into the hub
i need an urgent replacement is there a way to order online or from virgin ?

Customer services is the place to call for faults. They may be able to get a replacement sent out to you. The cables don't break easily so be prepared to explain what happened.

Are you sure it’s broken? The cable is ‘push fit’ not screwed and can come out if pulled. Perhaps if you post a photo.
