I know this has been asked on here before and the only solution seems to be for a member of the forum team to get involved - I have already contacted Live Chat and the call centre without much help.
Virgin Media have installed a box on the front of our house by mistake - I believe they got us mixed up with another house on a different street with the same name. I would like this removed but am struggling to get anyone to understand the issue.
Can someone please advise on how to progress this? Thanks.
